| Action 5 of the YOUTH program -
Support Measures - is intended to help people involved in youth activities
to find partners and to prepare, develop and improve the quality of
exchange projects. Partner group leaders might want to meet and undertake
a feasibility visit before the project is submitted. |

Action 5 also provides support for the training of youth
workers and youth leaders in project management as well as in
intercultural working methods and language skills.
